1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ServicePlus warranty services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase ServicePlus warranty coverage. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Coverage Terms
ServicePlus coverage is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Coverage begins on the date specified in your contract and continues until cancellation. Your specific coverage is detailed in your plan documentation.
Pre-existing conditions are not covered. A 30-day waiting period applies to certain conditions.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
ServicePlus does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Routine maintenance and inspections
- Cosmetic damage or repairs
- Issues caused by misuse or negligence
- Repairs outside the service area
5. Service Fees and Payments
Monthly subscription fees are due on the date specified in your agreement. Service call fees apply when you request service. Payment must be made in full before service is provided.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your ServicePlus plan at any time by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Limitation of Liability
ServicePlus's liability for any claim arising from these Terms of Service shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent month of coverage. In no event shall ServicePlus be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
